Women entrepreneurs face many challenges, including gender bias, defying social expectations, lack of role models, as well as access to funding and building a supportive network. Cartier has committed to helping women reach new heights, simultaneously building a more inclusive society for generations to come. The Cartier Women’s Initiative is part of this effort — it has evolved into an annual global entrepreneurship program that supports and uplifts women impact entrepreneurs and their businesses.
Seep’s founder, Laura Harnett, has been selected as one of the 2024 Cartier Women’s Initiative fellows, representing one the top 3 business for each of the 9 regional awards.
Laura was awarded the prestigious title in Shenzhen, home to a large startup ecosystem and a hub of entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity for China and beyond. The award ceremony on the 22nd of May recognised the fellows for their remarkable achievements and meaningful solutions to the most pressing global challenges.
All 33 fellows will benefit from grant funding, tailored mentoring and coaching, media visibility, networking opportunities and education courses from the leading business school INSEAD.
