We really want people to give our products a try!

If you don't like them we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return. To start a return, please contact us at hello@theseepcompany.com and let us know what you'd like to return. We’ll then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll be sad that you don't love them, but we'll be happy that you gave them a try 💙

Damages, issues and complaints

We try really hard to make sure our products are in great condition when we send them but sometimes things go wrong in the delivery process or very rarely in the manufacturing process. Please take a look at your products when you receive them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This means that we can look into the issue as quickly as possible and make it right. If after using the products you're not happy with something, please send us an email at hello@theseepcompany.com and we will do our best to fix it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
