Most Common Questions

Our sponges and cloths are made in China as the loofah and bamboo we use, grow commercially in tropical climates. We will always try to source as close to home as possible, where accessibility of materials and manufacturing capabilities exist, unfortunately for these products we can't find European factories. We are always looking to work with partners for whom sustainability practices are prioritised and at the core of their business. Our sourcing policy is to work with kindness and in collaboration with our suppliers to build long-lasting, innovative relationships.

The sponges are made from loofah and cellulose (wood pulp) and they are stitched together instead of being glued to allow them to be composted.

The cloths are made from sustainably sourced bamboo viscose.

Yes, you can put the sponges in the washing machine or dishwasher for a few times to brighten them up.

The cloths are long lasting and machine washable at 30 degrees

The sponges can be cut up and put it on your compost or into your food waste bin.

The cloths will last a really long time and can be moved from high volume use in the kitchen to tasks like show shining and outside cleaning when they get grubby. If you'd like to recycle them, you can pop them into your textile recycling bins.

The sponges last 1-2 months based on customer feedback and trials. The cloths should last 12 months or more.
