Loofah scrubs because of what it is, not what's been added to it.

Loofah is a plant with a naturally abrasive open weave. Dried out, it's tough enough for burnt-on pans but won't scratch your non-stick. We pair it with a cellulose sponge that holds 15 times its weight in water, so it actually holds suds instead of pushing them around.
